Thank you for visiting and shopping at Baobab Hub. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days across South Africa.

  • Main Centers (JHB, CPT, DUR): Often receive faster delivery compared to regional or remote areas.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier service interruptions or peak seasonal periods.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of the shipment being dispatched.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Baobab Hub is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages and Lost Packages

Baobab Hub is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Incorrect Delivery Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered is correct. We are not responsible if a package is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

7. International Shipping

We currently focus our operations within South Africa. If you are looking for international delivery, please contact our support team before placing an order to confirm availability and shipping rates.
